Turn an iPhone-style HEIC photo into a widely accepted JPG
HEIC and HEIF are common camera formats on Apple devices, while many government forms, marketplaces, support portals, and older Windows workflows still request JPG. This conversion decodes the photo in your browser and creates a compatible JPG without uploading the image.
The exported JPG is a fresh image file. Common embedded metadata is not copied through the browser canvas, and JPG cannot carry every HEIC feature. Keep the original HEIC if you need camera metadata, editing history, depth information, or the most efficient archival copy.

Create a JPG copy and retain the HEIC original
